1. Introduction

2. Initial Setup
Moving and Placement:
- Ensure the machine is empty before moving it.
- Maintain a clearance of 2 inches at the back and 6 inches on either side.
- Use proper lifting equipment due to its heavy weight.
Power Requirements:
- The machine must be connected to a properly grounded, polarized 15-amp circuit.
- Operating the machine on incorrect voltage will void the warranty.
3. Loading Products
Snack Trays:
- Pull the release lever on the tray's right side to tilt the tray for loading.
- Align products between the helix coils to ensure consistent vending (see Figure 4 in the manual).
Beverage Lanes:
- Load beverages horizontally into auger-driven product columns.
- Position a display shelf with visible product labels to attract customers.
4. Payment Systems
Coin Changer:
- Accepts dollar coins, quarters, dimes, and nickels.
- Fully load the coin tubes initially to enable accurate inventory tracking.
Bill Validator:
- Accepts $1, $5, and $10 bills.
- The bill box can store up to 250 bills.
5. Programming and Service Modes
- Enter Service Mode via the Menu Button on the VMC circuit board.
- Access various settings, such as price programming, audit displays, and test functions.
Key Commands:
- Price Program: Set prices for all items, rows, or individual selections.
- Cash Counters: Monitor sales and reset counters as needed.
- Configuration: Adjust settings like language, selection types, and more.
6. Maintenance and Troubleshooting
Common Maintenance Tasks:
- Regularly inspect and clean coin and bill channels to prevent jams.
- Use the included tool kit for adjustments (e.g., Phillips screwdriver, pliers, socket set).
