- Inspect for any damages that may have occurred during shipping.
- Report damages immediately to the delivery carrier and retain original packaging through the warranty period.

2. Machine Setup
Wall Mounting:
The VapeStation VP144 can be wall-mounted using four mounting holes on the back of the unit.
Steps:
- Unlock and open the front door.
- Mark where the two top holes will be located on the wall.
- For optimal security, mount the vendor to wall studs. If that’s not possible, use appropriate hardware for hollow walls (e.g., "molly" or "butterfly" anchors).
- Secure the vendor through the top holes, then fasten the two bottom holes with appropriate fasteners.
Note: Mounting hardware is not included and should be chosen based on the type of wall.
Stand Mounting:
If using the optional stand:
- Attach the upright to the base with the provided nuts, bolts, and washers.
- Attach the saddle to the back of the machine with two bolts.
- Secure the machine to the upright using four bolts.
- Finish by attaching the stand back to the upright for stability.
3. Loading Products
- Products are loaded horizontally into the Product Lanes from the top.
- Ensure even and level loading for proper operation.
- Use the Product Weight provided to assist gravity feeding.
Pro Tip: Perform five test vends after loading to verify proper function.
4. Electrical Connection
The VapeStation VP144 requires a grounded 120V outlet. Make sure the location is temperature-controlled and dust-free to avoid warranty voidance.
5. Using the Machine
The VapeStation VP144 operates with a card payment system and touch-sensitive selection buttons.
How it works:
- Customers make a payment using their card.
- After payment is authorized, they select a product by pressing one of the four selection buttons.
- The machine's augers rotate to vend the product.
LCD Display:
- Shows authorized payment and the price of the selected product.
- During service mode, the display guides operators through various settings and tests.
6. Service Mode & Maintenance
Entering Service Mode:
Press the Red Service Button inside the machine to enter service mode, where you can:
- Adjust prices.
- Test motors.
- Clear error codes.
Price Setting Steps:
- Press the Red Service Button until you see "PS.--" (Price Setting Mode).
- Select which price channel to set using Selection Buttons 1 and 2.
- Adjust the price by using Selection Buttons 1 (increase by $0.01), 2 (decrease by $0.01), 3 (increase by $1.00), or 4 (decrease by $1.00).
- Press the Red Service Button to save and exit.
Test Mode:
In Test Mode, you can operate the motors to ensure proper functioning. Push any selection button to run a test vend on that motor.
7. Common Issues and Troubleshooting
- Product doesn't vend properly: Ensure products are loaded evenly and weights are in place. Run a test vend.
- Machine displays "Sold Out" but is stocked: Reset the Negative Counters using the Reset Counter Button.
- Error Codes:
- Er.01–Er.04: Motor issues. Check for blockages or replace motors if necessary.
- Er.20: EEPROM error. Perform a factory reset via the service mode.

8. Card Payment System
Follow the instructions provided in the Quick Start Guide to activate your card payment system. Ensure that the Preauthorization Amount is set to match or exceed the highest-priced item in your machine.

9. Additional Features
Live Product Display:
Load sample products into the display area to enhance visibility and attract customers.
Advertising Player:
The VapeStation is equipped with an advertising player that can display videos and messages to promote your products.
Steps to use:
- Insert a USB drive or memory card with your desired content.
- The player will automatically loop the content once powered on.
You can also upload scrolling text messages by creating a file named SCROLL followed by color codes (e.g., SCROLLWB.txt for white text on a blue background).
